Kolbenova Park is moving forward with its next phase. In Vysočany, we have started construction of Building B, which will add another 214 apartments to the project, ranging from studios to five-bedroom layouts. The new building will have a total of 15 floors. In addition to the apartments, it will also offer commercial space on the ground floor, as well as dedicated stroller and bicycle storage facilities for residents. Completion of the third phase is planned for Q1 2029.

We have started construction of the Delarg residential project at the corner of Dělnická and Argentinská streets in Prague’s Holešovice district. Designed by Chmelař architekti, the project will offer 95 apartments, including duplexes, 5 townhouses and a ground-floor retail unit with a supermarket that will complement the services already available in the area. Delarg’s architecture draws on the diversity of Holešovice and naturally responds to the structure and distinctive atmosphere of the neighbourhood.

Construction of the Za.hraďák project, located on the border of Prague 10 and Prague 15, is moving into its next phase. We have completed the structural works on Building B, while Buildings A and I are nearing completion. At the same time, work is progressing indoors, with plastering, flooring and other follow-on trades now underway.

Construction of the Žižkovské zahrady residential project is progressing according to plan and is gradually moving into its final stage. Finishing works are currently under way in the individual apartments, while work on the building’s common areas is also advancing.

The project is proceeding according to plan, and with each passing month, the transformation of the entire complex becomes more evident. The main tower currently stands ten stories tall, with only the top two remaining to be completed. The structural work on the other buildings is finished, and efforts are now shifting to mechanical and electrical systems and interior finishing.

The construction of the Za.hraďák residential project is progressing smoothly according to the planned schedule, with work currently taking place on several buildings simultaneously.
