Consent to the processing of personal data - Sending commercial communications
I grant CPI Services, a.s., with its registered office at Purkyňova 2121/3, Nové Město, Prague 110 00, ID No.: 28474651, as the controller (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company"), consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and other related legal regulations governing the protection of personal data, under the following conditions:

Sending commercial communications.
Description of the purpose of processing
Providing information about special offers, the launch of new projects, including information about planned events and activities by sending commercial communications via email.
Scope of personal data
Email address.
Categories of recipients of personal data
• Companies from the CPIPG group.
• External companies providing website creation and operation services, companies providing internet marketing services, and companies providing CRM system operation services.
Retention period for personal data
5 years or until consent is revoked.
Personal data may be transferred to a third country or international organization only if the Company meets the conditions set out for such transfer in Chapter V of the Regulation.
I confirm that I have received all relevant information and give this consent freely and without coercion, and that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data prior to giving my consent, with the understanding that I may revoke my consent at any time using the form or by emailing prodej@cpipg.com.
I am aware that such withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of my personal data prior to the withdrawal of consent. I also acknowledge that the withdrawal of consent is not effective in relation to my personal data that is necessary for the Company to comply with its legal obligations, to perform a contract, or to protect the legitimate interests of the Company.
