Za.hraďák reaches structural completion
Construction of the Za.hraďák project, located on the border of Prague 10 and Prague 15, is moving into its next phase. We have completed the structural works on Building B, while Buildings A and I are nearing completion. At the same time, work is progressing indoors, with plastering, flooring and other follow-on trades now underway.
The first phase of Za.hraďák is thus taking tangible shape. Completion is planned for the end of 2027, with a total of 281 apartments.
