The construction of the Malkovského Residence project has started in Prague Letňany. To date, almost three quarters of the apartments have been sold. Construction is progressing according to the planned schedule.

The planned Zahraďák 17 Residential Complex on the border of the city districts of Prague 10 and 15 received a valid zoning decision. Gradually, in several implementation stages, a new residential area will be built here with approximately 1,000 new quality apartments with layouts from 1+kk to large 4+kk.

Připravovaný projekt Rezidence Malkovského získal pravomocné stavební povolení. Moderní bytový dům s 13 nadzemními podlažími nabídne celkem 56 bytů s dispozicemi 1+kk až 4+kk.

The fifth stage of Březiněves family houses completed in December 2020 offered detached homes in six-room-and-a-kitchenette configurations with a floor area of 220 sqm and the plot sizes range from 750 sqm to 1,022 sqm. All 10 houses from this phase of the successful Březiněves Family Houses project have been sold.

A modern building NODE - byty Lehovec located near metro B Hloubětín was successfully completed in September. The project thus reached the final stage exactly according to schedule.

The Delta stage of the Březiněves Family Homes (Rodinné domy Březiněves) housing project has successfully obtained completion certificates for all of its 30 homes.
