The Kolbenova park project has reached another milestone. All 245 flats from the first phase have been sold and know their owners. Currently, the second stage is on sale, which will offer a total of 272 flats with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk.

Construction at the Žižkovské zahrady project is moving forward at a steady pace. The excavation and foundation work have been fully completed, and work on the reinforced concrete structures is now underway.

We have commenced construction of the second phase of the KLBNV park project. This phase involves building two structures that will feature a total of 272 modern apartments. As in the first phase, we have chosen Metrostav, division 3, as the contractor. Currently, earthworks are already underway on the project.

Building D from the second phase offers 117 apartments with layouts from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom.
