We have launched sales of Building B in the third phase of Kolbenova Park, which offers 214 new apartments in a wide range of layouts, from studio apartments for investment purposes to spacious five-room apartments. Most apartments have their own terrace or loggia, and parking spaces and basement storage units are also available.

The Žižkovské zahrady residential project has reached a significant construction milestone. The structural construction has been completed, giving the building its final shape.

Work on the second phase of the project is proceeding according to plan. In Building D, the fourth of six above-ground floors is currently under construction, and the layouts of individual apartments are already beginning to take shape on the lower levels. In Building F, work is underway on the second above-ground floor.

Construction work on the Žižkovské zahrady project continues successfully. Reinforced concrete structures of all underground floors have been completed, where plastering and plumbing works are now underway. In the above-ground part, the A1 building is the furthest away, where the concrete is currently being poured on the 4th floor overlooking Vítkov Park. However, the other buildings are not lagging behind and are keeping up with the construction of the supporting structure.

We have started construction of the first stage of the Za.hraďák project on the border of Prague 10 and 15. This development will offer 3 apartment buildings with 281 modern flats scheduled for completion by the end of 2027. We have chosen Metrostav, Division 9 as the contractor for the construction. Currently, earthworks are already underway on the project.

The construction of the Kolbenova Park project in Prague's Vysočany district is currently undergoing earthworks and the implementation of foundation structures. The tower cranes, which will be crucial for the further progress of construction, are already in place. The piles and foundation slabs are being constructed and work on the monolithic structure is about to start.
