As part of the construction of the Malkovského Residence apartment building, we have completed the work on the heating pipe connection and are slowly leaving the underground spaces. Currently we have started concrete work on the above-ground floors and are finishing the monolith in the 1st floor.

We have launched the sale of the new project Rezidence Malkovského, a 13-storey modern building in Prague 9 - Letňany, which offers a total of 56 flats with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk.

Currently we have finished the pile foundation of the building and the last soil removal from the construction pit in the part under the underground garages is underway.

We have started construction of the new residential area Kolbenova park in Prague Vysočany. We have selected Metrostav, Division 3, as the construction contractor and earthworks are already underway on the project.

The construction of the Malkovského Residence project has started in Prague Letňany. To date, almost three quarters of the apartments have been sold. Construction is progressing according to the planned schedule.

The planned Zahraďák 17 Residential Complex on the border of the city districts of Prague 10 and 15 received a valid zoning decision. Gradually, in several implementation stages, a new residential area will be built here with approximately 1,000 new quality apartments with layouts from 1+kk to large 4+kk.
