Last week we inaugurated the sales centre in our KLBNV park residential project. Those interested in new housing can see a 3D model of the project, enjoy a virtual tour of selected apartments or be inspired by a stylish model apartment designed by Hinke Novák architects.

The approval process for the first phase of the KLBNV Park project, specifically Building C, has been successfully completed. Currently, the finishing touches are being put on the building, with the exterior landscaping and planting being finalised. Within a few weeks, it will be possible to start handing over the apartments to their new owners.

We have started construction of the premium Žižkovské zahrady project, located in a popular Prague neighbourhood on the edge of Vítkov Park. We have selected BAK stavební společnost, a.s. as the construction contractor and earthworks are already underway on the project.

The Žižkovské zahrady project, which will offer premium housing with more than two hundred residential units on the border of Vítkov Park, has been nominated for the Real Estate Project of the Year 2024 competition.

We have officially launched sales of its new Žižkovské zahrady development project, which will offer premium living with 210 apartment units with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 6+kk in the heart of Prague’s popular Žižkov district. Construction will begin in the second half of the year and completion is set for the end of 2026.
