CPI Rezidence's Žižkovské zahrady development project will be enriched by a distinctive artistic element. A sculpture by renowned Czech sculptor Jan Dostál will be placed in the courtyard. The work of patinated steel, reminiscent of an abstract tree, will complement the green space of the project and become its visual landmark.

Within the first stage of the Za.hraďák project, we have just launched the sale of another residential building. Construction at the Žižkovské zahrady project is moving forward at a steady pace. The excavation and foundation work have been fully completed, and work on the reinforced concrete structures is now underway.

We have commenced construction of the second phase of the KLBNV park project. This phase involves building two structures that will feature a total of 272 modern apartments. As in the first phase, we have chosen Metrostav, division 3, as the contractor. Currently, earthworks are already underway on the project.
