Within the first stage of the Za.hraďák project, we have just launched the sale of another residential building. The Kolbenova park project has reached another milestone. All 245 flats from the first phase have been sold and know their owners. Currently, the second stage is on sale, which will offer a total of 272 flats with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk.

Construction at the Žižkovské zahrady project is moving forward at a steady pace. The excavation and foundation work have been fully completed, and work on the reinforced concrete structures is now underway.
