Žižkovské zahrady Receives Occupancy Permit
The Žižkovské zahrady residential project in Prague 3 has received its occupancy permit. This is another important milestone on the way to handing over the apartments to their new owners.
We are now preparing for the handover of the apartments, which will begin in the first quarter of 2027. We will inform owners of the exact dates well in advance.
