Construction of the second phase of Kolben Park is halfway complete
The project is proceeding according to plan, and with each passing month, the transformation of the entire complex becomes more evident. The main tower currently stands ten stories tall, with only the top two remaining to be completed. The structural work on the other buildings is finished, and efforts are now shifting to mechanical and electrical systems and interior finishing.
We plan to complete this phase in the second quarter of 2027. Along with it, half of the park, the green heart of the entire project, will also be completed, offering a pleasant place for relaxation, socializing, and enjoying everyday moments outdoors.
