Construction of the Za.hraďák project is continuing according to plan
The construction of the Za.hraďák residential project is progressing smoothly according to the planned schedule, with work currently taking place on several buildings simultaneously.
Construction of the second above-ground floor is currently underway on Building B, while the structural works of the underground floors are being completed on Building A and the foundation slab is being concreted on Building I. At the same time, work continues on the new sewer line to which the individual buildings within the project will be connected.
Za.hraďák will offer a total of 16 residential buildings with approximately one thousand contemporary apartments delivered in several development phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027.
