Construction of the next stage of Kolben Park continues as planned

The construction of the Kolbenova Park project in Prague's Vysočany district is currently undergoing earthworks and the implementation of foundation structures. The tower cranes, which will be crucial for the further progress of construction, are already in place. The piles and foundation slabs are being constructed and work on the monolithic structure is about to start.

The Kolbenova Park project is further developing the transformation of this part of Vysočany into a modern residential area with quality housing and excellent transport accessibility. Two buildings from the second stage of construction are currently on sale and are scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.
