The Žižkovské zahrady residential project in Prague 3 has received its occupancy permit. This is another important milestone on the way to handing over the apartments to their new owners.

We invite you to an Open House at Kolbenova park on Friday, 27 November 2026, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

We have released the remaining apartments at Delarg Holešovice for sale. The offer is now complete, giving prospective buyers the opportunity to choose from all currently available apartments across a range of layouts and floors.
