Information on the processing of personal data by CPIPG Group companies

The following information on the processing of personal data by CPI PG Group companies (hereinafter referred to as "CPIPG Companies") is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR") and other related data protection legislation. The CPI PG Companies, as data controllers, process personal data as set out later in this document.

Processing of personal data

The CPI PG Companies process personal data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve a specific purpose.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING  THE CONCLUSION AND EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Description of the purpose of processing  Keeping records of owners of sold properties and contact persons, signing and recording contracts, communication with property owners, fulfilling obligations arising from sales contracts.
 
Legal basis
 
Legitimate interest of the contracting parties; or contract with the data subject.
Categories of personal data  Identification data in contracts: name, surname, title, date of birth, birth number (only for older contracts), permanent address.

Contact data: name, surname, address and property identification, telephone number, e-mail address. 
Categories of data subjects  Property owners and their representatives.
Source of personal data Source of personal data Directly from data subjects or their representatives.
Categories of recipients of personal data  Categories of recipients of CPIPG's personal data.
Persons (legal and natural persons) providing client service (including complaints handling) to property owners.
Retention period of personal data Retention period of personal data For the duration of the warranty period and subsequently for ten years for the defence of legal claims.
