Project NODE – byty Lehovec offers housing in a modern building located between Kolbenova and Poděbradská streets in Prague 9. The location enjoys excellent connections to the city centre, a rich array of amenities and numerous opportunities for leisure-time enjoyment.

The housing project delivers everything that is to be expected from modern architecture and meets the highest standards of utility, aesthetics and comfort. The residential units’ unique layouts ensure the efficient use of space while units in selected parts of the building can be easily interconnected. The apartment house offers a total of eight aboveground floors, plus two underground floors that house the building’s technological background systems and parking and storage spaces for each of the residential units.

The building’s six aboveground floors contain a total of 136 flats ranging from one- to three-room units, each with a kitchenette. The ground floor is designed as multifunctional, with non-residential premises facing east and residential units, with their outdoor terraces, facing a quiet zone on the building’s western side. The building features a pair of stairwells, each with an adjacent lift. A central corridor runs down the middle of each floor, providing access to the individual flats either side, facing east or west. Pairs of corner units face towards the southeast and southwest at one end of the building and northeast and northwest at the other. All the west-facing units on the ground floor include outdoor terraces with greenery. Flats on the seventh, second topmost, floor also feature outdoor terraces. Flats on the second to sixth floors come with balconies spanning the length of the building, while flats on the topmost floor enjoy loggia-type balconies.

The building has an energy efficiency rating of B. The building’s Energy Performance Certificate is available for download here.

The completion of the project is planned for the final quarter of 2020.
