More than 2,000 new apartments to arrive on market as CPI Property Group launches three residential projects this year
Kolbenova Park apartments near Vysočanská metro station already available for purchase

Prague, 5 April 2022 – CPI Property Group has three residential projects scheduled for launch this year. The projects will bring to the market more than 2,000 new apartments. Under the CPI Rezidence brand, the Group today commenced selling properties at the Kolbenova Park project in the Prague quarter of Vysočany. Apartments in another Prague residential project in Zahradní Město will come on to the market later in April. Soon after, the apartments of a smaller, premium project in Ohrada, Prague 3, will follow.

This project, complete with a park, will be built in Prague-Vysočany in the immediate vicinity of Vysočanská metro station. The project’s initial stage, comprising of 245 apartments, is planned for completion in 2024. The owners of Kolbenova Park’s apartments will enjoy a modern and tranquil home in a dynamic neighbourhood with all amenities at hand and the city centre just 15 minutes away.
The project includes six residential apartment houses to be built in several stages in an area spanning some 4.6 hectares (over 11 acres). The houses will be arranged in a way that ensures privacy for Kolbenova Park residents, while offering ample space for rich neighbourly life and social engagement. The individual properties will be sized from one room and a kitchenette to four rooms and a kitchenette. The majority of the apartments will also feature a terrace, balcony or small garden. Apartments will come with a reserved parking space and a basement storage booth.

This residential project will arise on the site of a former Praga factory, on the boundary that separates Prague districts 10 and 15. The location is in an excelling position to become a full-fledged city neighbourhood. The project’s initial stage will produce three residential houses providing no less than 281 high-quality apartments sized from one room and a kitchenette to four rooms and a kitchenette. The whole complex, spanning some 4.6 hectares (over 11 acres) and offering around 1,000 new apartments, will become a complete residential neighbourhood that includes a kindergarten. Properties from the project will become available for purchase in the second quarter of 2022.
Žižkovské zahrady / approx. 200 apartments / Ohrada, Prague 3 - Žižkov
With Ohrada park on its doorstep, this premium project in the Prague quarter of Žižkov will offer 204 apartments of the highest standard. Sales of properties are expected to commence in late 2022.
