The Malkovského Residence project has moved into the next phase of construction

Prague, 11 August 2022 - As part of the construction of the Malkovského Residence apartment building, we have completed the work on the heating pipe connection and are slowly leaving the underground spaces. Currently we have started concrete work on the above-ground floors and are finishing the monolith in the 1st floor. During August, work will be carried out on the 2nd floor and at the same time we will be finishing the ceiling above the 1st floor in the garages and the access ramp.
