Fifth stage of Březiněves Family Homes project advances as planned

Prague, 23 April 2020 - “Zeta”, the fifth stage of the Březiněves Family Homes (Rodinné domy Březiněves) housing project, can report the completion of its masonry work and the installation of its roof frames. Roofing has now commenced while interior partitions are being erected, along with other interior installations. Other works currently under way include the installation of windows, while as yet uninsulated façades are being fitted with thermal insulation. The Zeta stage will offer 10 new detached homes in six-room-and-a-kitchenette configurations with a floor area of 220 sqm. The plot sizes range from 750 sqm to 1,022 sqm. Only three properties remain unsold.
