Slunečny Vršek
About project
The residential complex Slunečný vršek is located in Prague-Hostivař, in close proximity to the green belt surrounding Hostivař reservoir. The complex was built in four stages.
The fourth and final stage saw five multiple-dwelling houses completed with a total of more than 230 apartments.
The complex includes a mini golf attraction, basketball and volleyball courts, a tennis practice wall, a climbing wall, a skateboarding halfpipe and a pétanque pitch. There are also bike and inline skating trails criss-crossing the complex.
In 2007, the project received an award for the best orchard landscaping.
