About project

The QUADRIO residence is located in the very centre of Prague, near the boundary separating Prague’s New Town and Old Town quarters, at an address flanked by Spálená and Vladislavova streets.

The residence offers luxury apartments with sizes ranging from 44 sqm to 165 sqm of floor area. The smallest, two-room units are designed as business apartments.

At the top end of the range, there are maisonette-type apartments spanning more than one floor. On the topmost floor, they include a roof terrace offering stunning views of the historical city centre’s skyline. Each residential unit includes a terrace or a balcony, plus a parking space in the building’s underground car park. The residence and its interiors were designed by renowned studio Cigler Marani Architects.
