About project
The residential complex Mostecká 21 enjoys a unique location in Prague’s Lesser Town. It comprises of four buildings arranged around a central courtyard. The project, completed in 2012, offers a total of 55 modern apartments.
Mostecká 21 is an example of how well the charm of an original 1960s development can combine with 21st century luxury. That aspect of the project is further enhanced by unequalled views of Lesser Town scenery and Petřín Hill.
The flats were sold as “shell & core”, i.e. without final surface finishes. The shared areas of the complex result from a complete renovation.
