DESCRIPTION OF BASIC HOUSING STANDARDS
Standard 1 - Nature / Nature Patchwork
The Nature standard provides a very pleasant finish to the apartment’s interior. It has quite neutral, natural and soothing tones. The design is dominated by an oak-surfaced double-layered wooden floor laid in the herringbone pattern and oak-finish veneer doors with original fittings. Under this standard, bathrooms and lavatories can be finished with either the more traditional large rectified wall tiles and neutral grey floor tiles, or a less common combination of white wall tiles with grey patchwork and grey floor tiles. Thin-edged washbasins of an uncomplicated shape suitably supplement the lightness of the bathrooms while meeting contemporary sanitary standards.
Standard 2 - Tobaco / Tobaco Patchwork
The Tobacco standard is aligned with the luxury style of the dark warm tones used throughout the apartment’s interior.
The standard is characterised by a tobacco-toned double-layered wooden floor laid in the herringbone pattern and supplemented with veneer doors. They are finished in a wenge wood decor and are provided with designer fittings.
The bathrooms and lavatories follow a sober design with large rectified wall tiles and warm-tone floor tiles. Alternatively, a combination of white wall tiles with brown patchwork and brown floor tiles can be chosen. The airiness of the thin-walled washbasins contrasts with the bathroom design while meeting contemporary sanitary standards.
