Specification of basic design standards

Node

The Node standard is inspired by Scandinavian styles of interior design featuring neutral tones of grey with the possibly of additional accessories to complete the flat’s interior. In line with current trends, the design is based on a grey laminated floor with a visible wood texture and light touch of brown combining with smooth-finish CPL (continuous pressure laminate) grey doors to produce a modern interior. Contrasting with the subdued tones of the flat’s interior is the combination of white plumbing fixtures of simple designs and large rectified wall and floor tiles in alternating grey and muffled dark blue tones in the bathroom.

Only

The Only standard follows a current luxury interiors trend based on warm tones that imbue the flat with a cosy atmosphere. Laminated floors in dark natural brown with black knots and a visible wood texture, together with CPL walnut-finish doors with stainless fittings, infuse the interior with warmth. Bathrooms, finished with large rectified wall and floor tiles in warm tones of brown and beige, elegantly fit with the dark decor of the rest of the flat. Designer white plumbing fixtures underline the bathrooms’ airiness.

Dune

The Dune standard offers an agreeable interior design option based on neutral tones of honey. The oak finish of the laminated floor, combined with CPL oak-finish doors, offers a choice between the traditional use of light colours or a modern interior design approach. Bathrooms feature large rectified wall and floor tiles in light beige tones. A horizontal dark blue line combines with the attractive design of white plumbing fixtures to provide a contrast to the bathroom’s neutral tones.

Easy

The Easy standard offers a minimalistic and timeless option that lends itself to combinations with accessories in distinct colours. The standard’s simple design is applicable to both traditional and modern interiors, depending on the decorations used. Its light tones make it suitable even for smaller flats where they help to create to a cosy atmosphere. The interior is dominated by laminated floors in a bleached-oak decor and white ash-tree CPL doors. Bathrooms feature large rectified wall and floor tiles in ivory and white. A slight difference in the hue of white used on doors and plumbing fixtures gives the bathrooms a sense of purity.
